Vintage Wilardy double handle tortoise swirl patterned Lucite thermoplastic bag. The purse has a beveled interior mirror in mint condition, and double handles. Decorative metal filigree patterns on both handles and front latch closure. Purse is stamped inside on gold tone metal plate “Wilardy”.
